“It was his first time at the camp and we have to say he couldn’t have had a better experience. The feedback from each day was so positive and he was genuinely excited to come home and tell us each about his experiences and couldn’t wait to go back the next day.

 

He couldn’t speak highly enough of the coaches and environment and thoroughly enjoyed all the sessions.

 

It sounds like he mixed with the group really well and made lots of new friends who he is hoping to see at the winter nets and the camp next year.

 

He was not confident to do the residential element of the camp, however he has already said he wants to do it next year.

“The first thing she mentioned was the quality of the feedback, being told what she was doing well and then the tips to make her better. Interestingly, this was also the first thing she told me on day 1 coming home.

 

She absolutely loves feeling like she's being helped to get better, rather than just doing the same thing. She thought all the coaches were equally good at this.

 

She liked the range of activities and that it was always fun as well as mixing in some other activities.

 

I think the biggest sign of how much she got from it was that it took less than a couple of hours to ask if she could do it again next year.
