Byas Academy provides sports coaching programmes, camps, courses, and private sessions, including but not limited to cricket and hockey coaching.

• All bookings must be made through our website or approved booking platforms.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• Byas Academy reserves the right to change prices at any time, though confirmed bookings will not be affected.

• Byas Academy may reschedule sessions due to weather, coach illness, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Where possible, alternative dates or credit will be offered.

• We reserve the right to cancel a programme if minimum numbers are not met.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by coaches. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected on time unless otherwise agreed.

• Appropriate sports clothing and equipment must be worn.

• Any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies must be disclosed prior to participation.

• Participation is at the participant’s own risk. All junior participants must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• Byas Academy is not responsible for injuries unless caused by proven negligence.

• Byas Academy may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish for images to be used, please notify us in writing prior to participation.

• All website content, branding, and coaching materials remain the property of Byas Academy.

• Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

• You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to access restricted areas.

• We do not guarantee the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Byas Academy excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
